Anniversary 100 buckwheat is a variety developed through the combination of selected lines aimed at determinacy, large-seed size, and high productivity. This variety belongs to the Alate type and has a medium vegetation period of 85 to 90 days. It is resistant to lodging and shattering, ensuring reliable harvests and ease of collection. The flowers are racemose, and the 1000-seed weight is 30-31 grams, indicating large-seed size.
The hull content is within 19-20%, which affects the technological and cereal qualities, which for the Anniversary 100 variety are rated as excellent. The grain has a high level of uniformity — about 90%, and the flour yield reaches 80%. Additionally, the protein content in the grain is 16%, making this variety not only productive but also nutritious.
Over the years of cultivation in Ukraine, this variety has shown high productivity, reaching 25-30 centners per hectare. Thanks to its characteristics and resistance to adverse conditions, Anniversary 100 buckwheat is a reliable choice for agricultural production and ensures a stable and high-quality harvest.
