The 'Mystery' grape variety is a table grape of medium-late ripening, characterized by high resistance to major diseases such as mildew, oidium, and rot. The ripening period is approximately 141-145 days, ensuring a stable and high yield. The vines have medium growth vigor, require moderate space for development, and exhibit good rooting ability and compatibility with rootstocks. The variety's frost resistance ranges from -23°C to -24°C, allowing cultivation in regions with cold winters.

The grape clusters are large, cylindrical-conical in shape, weighing from 500 to 700 grams and more, sometimes reaching 1.5 kilograms. The berries are large, oval, white in color, measuring about 27×22 mm, with a harmonious flavor and floral aroma. The sugar content of the fruit is 16-19%, and the acidity ranges from 6-8 g/l, giving the berries a pleasant sweetness and balanced acidity. The flesh is firm and crisp, providing enjoyable taste sensations upon consumption.

The 'Mystery' variety is distinguished by high yield and good shoot maturation, contributing to stable fruiting. It is recommended to plant at a density of 35-45 buds per vine, with pruning to 8-12 buds. Although highly resistant to diseases, preventive treatments are advised to maintain plant health.
