Lessna

Lessna pea is an early-maturing crop with high drought and lodging resistance, making it a reliable choice for cultivation on sandy, light, and medium-heavy soils. Plants reach an average height of 70-90 cm, have white flowers, and round yellow seeds with a 1000-seed weight of approximately 213-250 grams. The variety is distinguished by its early flowering and maturation, allowing optimal sowing in early March. The protein content in the seeds is 21-23%, ensuring high-quality yields.

Lessna exhibits good resistance to various diseases, including root rots and viral infections, and demonstrates high stress resistance, rated at 8 points. This makes the variety suitable for intensive cultivation and direct combine harvesting. The recommended seeding rate is approximately 100-150 thousand seeds per hectare (about 215-230 kg/ha), corresponding to standard pea cultivation technology.
