Garlic ALEXEEVA'S MEMORY GARLIC

Technical Profile of the Winter Garlic «Pamyati Alekseevoy»

The «Pamyati Alekseevoy» variety is the result of breeding work by the Federal Scientific Center for Vegetable Growing. The core of this development was to create a resilient crop tailored for professional storage and high-intensity fresh market distribution. The biological engineering solution of this variety focuses on the high density of outer scales, which is the primary factor in restricting moisture evaporation and reducing the risk of secondary infections during long-term warehouse storage.

Agrotechnical Performance and Morphology

• Crop Type: winter variety, adapted to climatic zones with significant winter periods.
• Purpose: versatile application, ranging from direct fresh market sales to industrial processing.
• Storage Stability: excellent shelf life due to the optimal structure of the bulb's outer tissues, allowing for minimized losses until the next season.

The practical value of this variety for agricultural producers lies in the balanced architectonics of the bulb. The tight fit of protective layers against the cloves ensures not only physical integrity during mechanized harvesting but also creates a robust barrier against pathogens. Opting for this variety is highly recommended for commercial farming operations focused on minimizing product loss and maintaining stable quality standards under logistic pressures.
