Description SIBERIA GOLD
The "Siberia Gold" bean variety is a mid-maturing vegetable crop adapted for cultivation in harsh climatic conditions. The plant is bushy, of medium height, about 43 cm, with dark green wrinkled leaves and white flowers. The bushes are compact and well-leafed, which promotes high yield and product quality.

The bean pods are light yellow in color, 10-12 cm in length, curved, with a round cross-section and a tip that tapers to a blunt point. They completely cover the bush, have no parchment layer or fibers, making them juicy, elastic, and pleasant to taste. The seeds are kidney-shaped, white with prominent venation, of medium size, with a mass of 1000 seeds ranging from 260 to 320 g. The height of attachment of the lower pods is 10-15 cm.

The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 1.6 kg per square meter, resistance to anthracnose, and good adaptability to various climatic conditions. Due to its excellent taste qualities, the bean is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for freezing and canning, making it a universal product for home and industrial use.
