About product
Description
Fiesta is characterized by high yield—you can collect from 1.5 to 3 kg of beans from one square meter. Immature pods are used for food, consumed fresh as a side dish for various dishes, as well as marinated or frozen for further use. Thanks to the absence of hard fibers, beans are easy to cook and retain a tender texture.
For successful growing of Fiesta beans, it is recommended to sow seeds in open ground at a depth of 2-3 cm after preliminary soaking to swelling. The culture is heat-loving and requires timely watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilizing. The harvest period is extended, which allows for multiple harvesting as the beans mature. Fiesta beans are rich in proteins, B and C vitamins, carotene, acids, and fiber, which makes it a useful and nutritious product.
