Description SPIDI
SPIDI is an early-maturing variety of green bean with a medium-height bush plant. Pods reach a length of up to 18 cm, have a green color, a narrow and long shape with a rounded cross-section and a pointed tip. They do not contain a parchment layer or fibers, making them especially suitable for culinary use. Bean seeds are white and elliptical, with a mass of 1000 seeds being 196 g. Marketable yield of pods reaches 1.2 kg per square meter. The variety is resistant to diseases such as anthracnose and bacterial spot, which contributes to a stable yield and reduced losses during cultivation. SPIDI is recommended for use in cooking and canning, as well as suitable for freezing. Green bean pods are versatile and can be used in various types of cooking. For sowing, a depth of 3-4 cm is recommended, with a row spacing of 30-40 cm and a distance between plants in a row of 10-15 cm. The optimal temperature for seed germination is 18-25°C, and seedlings appear within 7-14 days. Growing beans is done without seedlings, which simplifies agronomy and allows for an early harvest. This bean variety is a source of B and C vitamins and potassium, making it healthy. Due to the absence of tough fibers and a parchment layer, SPIDI beans have a tender texture and pleasant taste, which is valued both in home and industrial food preparation. Disease resistance and high yield make this variety attractive to gardeners and farmers seeking a quality and healthy product.
