The "Dialog" bean variety was bred at the Crimea Experimental and Selection Station and belongs to the medium maturation period. Plants are compact, bush-type, 40–45 cm tall with moderate branching and sparse foliage. Leaves are rhomboid, green, and flowers are white. Pods are green, straight or slightly curved, 12–14 cm long, without a parchment layer, making them especially suitable for consumption. 10–12 pods form on one plant; the mass of 1000 seeds is 320–340 g. The variety yields up to 1.8–2.0 kg per square meter, and the period from germination to technical maturity takes 46–50 days, while full maturity takes 80–82 days.
The "Dialog" variety is distinguished by its good taste qualities, especially when canned, and is recommended for fresh consumption and canning. Despite medium resistance to diseases such as bacterial blight, gray and white molds, the variety shows stable crop formation. Thanks to the absence of a parchment layer in pods, the beans cook easily and retain a pleasant taste.
The "Dialog" beans are rich in macro- and microelements, including copper and zinc, making them beneficial for health. They aid in removing waste and toxins, cleanse blood vessels, and restore metabolism. High protein content allows for quick satiety, which is particularly valuable for vegetarians, as beans contain protein second only to meat. Additionally, the beans have antidepressant properties, improving mood and aiding in the elimination of radionuclides from the body.
