White Lily

The 'White Lily' eggplant variety is a mid-early hybrid with a vegetation period of 95 to 115 days. The plant forms a bush 60-70 cm tall with a well-developed root system, bearing 6 to 8 oval-conical fruits. The average fruit size is 8 by 18 cm, with a weight ranging from 200 to 400 grams. A distinctive feature of this variety is its unusual white skin and bright white, dense flesh without bitterness, making it attractive for home cooking and processing. The variety is high-yielding: in open ground, yields reach 30-35 tons per hectare, and in protected ground — 50-60 tons per hectare. With proper care, including moderate watering and regular soil loosening, one plant can produce up to 5 kg of fruit. 'White Lily' is resistant to fusarium, reducing disease risk and enhancing yield stability. The eggplant is versatile in use: fruits are suitable for canning, processing, and fresh consumption. Due to its dense flesh and lack of bitterness, they possess excellent taste qualities and good transportability. The variety is recommended for cultivation in both plastic greenhouses and open ground, making it suitable for various climatic conditions and cultivation technologies.
