MUSHROOM FLAVOR

Eggplant variety «Mushroom Flavor» is a medium-maturing vegetable of Ukrainian selection, successfully grown both in open ground and in film greenhouses. The plants are compact, reaching a height of 60-70 cm, which allows saving space on the plot. The variety is characterized by high resistance to common diseases and is capable of forming ovaries even at reduced temperatures, ensuring a stable yield under various climatic conditions.

Eggplant fruits have an oval or cylindrical shape with a smooth surface and a thin matte white skin. The weight of one fruit ranges from 180 to 250 grams. The flesh is tender, creamy, possesses a unique mushroom flavor and aroma, while the vegetable is not bitter. These qualities make the variety particularly valuable for cuisine, as eggplants add piquancy and originality to various dishes.
