Eggplant HEART-SHAPED

HEART-SHAPED — a new mid-season, high-yield eggplant variety developed by Altai breeders. The plant is characterized by its compact size, reaching a height of 45-60 cm, which facilitates care and harvest collection. The fruits of this variety have an unusual round-heart shape and a rich lilac color, giving them an attractive appearance. The mass of each fruit can reach up to 500 grams, which is a significant indicator for eggplants of this type.

The fruit flesh is dense, white, practically without bitterness, and has a minimal amount of seeds, making them especially tasty and versatile in cooking. The variety is excellent for preparing various dishes, including fried dishes and canning, thanks to its taste qualities and flesh structure.

HEART-SHAPED is recommended for growing via seedlings, both in open ground and under film coverings. The yield of the variety reaches up to 6 kg per square meter, making it a profitable choice for gardeners and farmers seeking a large and high-quality harvest of eggplants.
