Jazz F1 Eggplant is an early hybrid with a vegetation period of 85-95 days, of which 60-70 days fall after seedling transplanting. This variety is versatile: its fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, processing, freezing, pickling, and canning. Eggplant can be grown both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses, making it convenient for various climatic conditions and farming technologies.

The fruits of the Jazz eggplant have a round shape and weigh on average from 600 to 1000 grams. They feature an attractive appearance with dark glossy skin and beautiful ridges. The flesh is dense, succulent, and retains its shape after thermal processing, making this variety especially valuable for baking and canning. The eggplant stem is thornless, and seeds are practically absent, which improves taste and ease of use.

The Jazz eggplant plant is strong and productive, forming up to 10 large fruits per plant. The hybrid exhibits high disease resistance, ensuring a stable and high yield.
