Eggplant YANICHAR

Agrotechnical profile of the Yanychar eggplant

The Yanychar variety, a breeding achievement by OOO Agrofirma Allen, is a specialized material designed for open-field cultivation. Developed by originators Alexey Vladimirovich Shelobodkin and Olga Nikolaevna Pyshnaya, the variety focuses on stability and adaptation to specific regional climatic conditions.

Fruit morphology and technical specifications

The primary distinction of Yanychar lies in its unique morphology, which deviates from conventional dark-skinned eggplant varieties. Key technical parameters include:

• Geometry: A distinct cylindrical shape, which simplifies both the harvesting process and logistics during packaging.
• Size dimensions: Fruit length ranges from 6 to 11 cm. This compact profile ensures a high marketable yield under standard planting density.
• Mass: The target range is 100–200 grams, making it ideal for portioned consumption and culinary processing.
• Color profile: The skin features a characteristic green pigment, placing this variety in the niche segment of specialty vegetables.

Cultivating Yanychar in the open field requires careful management of temperature regimes during the initial vegetative stages. Due to the targeted breeding efforts of OOO Agrofirma Allen, the plant exhibits predictable growth patterns when basic agrotechnical standards are met. This variety serves as an efficient solution for growers seeking to integrate unique visual characteristics with the reliability provided by a professional breeding program.
