Sabelle

Sabelle F1 is an early hybrid developed by the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan. The maturation period is 68-72 days from seedling transplanting, allowing for a quick harvest. This hybrid is suitable for cultivation under various conditions: in greenhouses, under plastic coverings, and in open ground. It is an open-type plant, well-developed and heavily laden with fruit, resistant to lodging, main diseases of solanaceous crops, and pests, significantly simplifying care and increasing yield reliability. The fruits of Sabelle are round or slightly elongated, reaching up to 15 cm in length and about 12 cm in diameter, with a weight ranging from 300 to 500 grams. Their color is light purple with a glossy surface, and the skin is dense but thin. The flesh has moderate softness, no cavities, and minimal seeds, resulting in a rich, pleasant taste without bitterness. Due to these qualities, the fruits are ideal for various culinary uses, including fresh dishes, canning, and freezing for winter storage. The Sabelle F1 hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 55-65 tons per hectare — as well as excellent transportability and long storage life without loss of market appearance.
