PARAD — an early-maturing cucumber variety, intended for cultivation in open ground. From germination to the first harvest, it takes 33-45 days, making it an excellent choice for early harvests. The fruits are cylindrical or oval-cylindrical, 8-11 cm long, weighing up to 100 g. The fruits have high taste qualities, do not yellow, and are suitable for both salad and canned use.
The crop is resistant to diseases, particularly powdery mildew, ensuring a stable yield and reducing the need for frequent use of protective agents. The plant requires warmth, adequate moisture, and fertile soil, responds well to the application of organic and mineral fertilizers, which helps improve both the quality and quantity of the harvest.
Sowing is recommended after the threat of frost has passed, when the soil temperature reaches 10-12°C. Seed depth is 3-4 cm, with a seeding rate of 0.2-0.5 g per square meter. In the 1-2 leaf stage, plant density is formed, which promotes optimal growth and fruiting of the crop.
