GULLIVER — medium-early variety of daikon, characterized by high yield and marketability. It takes 35-50 days from emergence to technical maturity. The roots of this variety are smooth, white in color, cylindrical in shape with a conical taper, weighing from 200 to 300 grams. The root flesh is white, juicy, and firm, possessing a delicate sweet taste without a spicy aftertaste, making them versatile for consumption fresh, as well as for cooking and pickling.

The GULLIVER variety is distinguished by good cold hardiness, allowing it to be cultivated both in open and closed ground. The roots are easily pulled from the soil, which facilitates harvest collection. High yields reach 60-70 tons per hectare, making this variety attractive for commercial cultivation.
