Due to the dense fruit structure, thin skin, and high sugar content, the cucumbers have outstanding taste and genetically determined absence of bitterness. Green fruits 5-11 cm long are ideal for pickling and salting, while larger fruits up to 12 cm are suitable for fresh consumption.
