RAGT AFIKS is an early-maturing, double-row hybrid maize (Zea mays L.) intended for grain production. Plants of this hybrid are of medium or tall stature, with ears of medium length and thickness, as well as a medium number of rows of kernels. Kernel type is intermediate, closer to flint, ensuring good harvest quality. The vegetative period is approximately 119 days, allowing the hybrid to be successfully grown under various climatic conditions. Grain yield in the Central Chernozem region reached 82.8 c/ha, with the plant demonstrating resistance to diseases such as blight and ear fusarium. The hybrid RAGT AFIKS is characterized by high resistance to lodging, drought, and diseases, ensuring stable yields even under adverse conditions. Seeds undergo innovative SEEDNERGy treatment, including phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and zinc nutrients, which contribute to improved initial growth energy and overall plant vitality. The 1000-seed mass is 310–330 g, indicating high-quality planting material. Thanks to its high cold resistance and excellent water release, the hybrid is suitable for cultivation in various agroclimatic zones, including forest-steppe, steppe, and lowland areas. RAGT AFIKS is recommended for farmers seeking high and stable maize grain yields with minimal risk of disease or adverse weather conditions. Due to its characteristics, the hybrid ensures efficient resource use and contributes to increased economic returns from crops. Seed packaging contains 50,000 seeds, which is convenient for large-scale agricultural production.
