Maize DM Sticker

Stable Grain Production in Steppe Conditions

The «DM Stiker» corn hybrid, developed by the Institute of Steppe Agriculture of the NAAS, is a reliable solution for producers focused on commercial grain yield. As a simple hybrid, it offers consistent performance, which is essential for managing field operations in regions with variable moisture levels.

Key Agronomic Benefits

• Grain-Oriented Performance: Specifically developed for grain production, this hybrid features efficient moisture dry-down, which helps reduce post-harvest drying costs.
• Disease Resistance: Natural resistance to common smut (Ustilago maydis) minimizes the need for heavy fungicide applications, allowing for a more cost-effective crop protection strategy.
• Versatility: With an FAO rating of 90–1240, it provides flexibility for various planting schedules and harvesting windows, fitting well into standard farm management workflows.

For farm managers looking for a balanced approach to seed investment and yield security, «DM Stiker» offers a predictable growth pattern. It is particularly effective in fields where sustainable disease management is a priority, delivering stable results without the complexity associated with more demanding varieties.
