Maize RAGT LEXTRU

RAGT Lextru is a mid-late maturing corn hybrid intended for grain production. It belongs to FAO group 420 and features a dent-type kernel with intermediate characteristics. Plants have medium to medium-high stature, and ears exhibit medium length and thickness, with kernel rows ranging from 18 to 20 and kernels per row from 40 to 44. The hybrid's vegetative period is approximately 113 days, and grain moisture at harvest reaches about 19.1%. The RAGT Lextru hybrid is distinguished by high yield potential and adaptability to various climatic conditions due to its cold tolerance and drought resistance, rated at 9 points. It also possesses good water shedding capability, promoting high-quality grain maturation. Tolerance to stalk and ear fusarium is also high, reducing risks of yield losses due to disease. Recommended planting density varies depending on moisture zone: in forest-steppe — 56-62 thousand plants per hectare, in southern forest-steppe — 52-58 thousand, in steppe — 50-55 thousand. Optimal planting dates for RAGT Lextru include early, optimal, and late periods based on soil temperature, allowing flexible adaptation of agronomic practices to specific growing conditions. The hybrid is certified and supplied in packages of 50,000 seeds, ensuring ease and reliability of planting. Thanks to its agronomic traits and resistance to adverse factors, RAGT Lextru is an effective choice for farmers aiming to achieve a stable and high-quality grain corn harvest.
