LADOSKIJ 400 AMV

Ladoshskij 400 AMV — a mid-late maturing hybrid of corn, intended for grain and silage use. Plants reach a height of about 270 cm, and the ear attachment height is approximately 107 cm. The thousand-grain weight is 305 g, indicating a large kernel type. The hybrid is characterized by high yield: grain can reach up to 120 centners per hectare, and silage up to 600 centners per hectare under optimal growing conditions.

One of the key features of Ladoshskij 400 AMV is its strong stalk, ensuring plant stability under adverse weather conditions, as well as high starch content in the grain. The hybrid demonstrates good heat tolerance and moderate resistance to gray leaf spot, enhancing its reliability under various climatic conditions. The hybrid has improved moisture shedding, which contributes to timely maturity and facilitates harvest.

Recommended planting density varies depending on soil moisture levels: under sufficient moisture, it is optimal to plant 65-75 thousand plants per hectare, while under insufficient moisture — 55-60 thousand. The hybrid performs well in the North Caucasus region and shows stable results even in dry years, making it a versatile and reliable choice for farmers seeking high-quality corn yields.
