Description Krasnodarsky 399 MV VL
Corn hybrid Krasnodarsky 399 MV VL is a medium-maturing hybrid with FAO 390, intended for cultivation in regions with moderate climate. The plant reaches a height of 280-300 cm, has medium-width leaves and slightly curved shape. A distinctive feature of this hybrid is the weak anthocyanic coloration of roots at the stem and ear husk. The ear is medium in length (26-28 cm), medium thickness, weakly conical, with a short stalk and 16-18 rows of kernels. Kernels are toothed, yellow in the upper part.

The hybrid is resistant to southern helminthosporiosis, ensuring its reliability under adverse conditions. However, the hybrid is susceptible to bacterial ear rot and Fusarium ear rot, as well as severe damage by corn borer. In the North Caucasus region, the average yield of dry matter normalized to 113.3 c/ha, indicating the high productivity potential of this hybrid.

Krasnodarsky 399 MV VL belongs to high-yielding medium-maturing corn hybrids suitable for intensive agriculture. Its characteristics make it an attractive choice for farmers aiming to obtain a stable and high yield. For successful cultivation, it is recommended to consider its resistance characteristics and implement preventive measures against bacterial diseases and pests.
