Description Krasnodarsky 397 MVVL
Corn hybrid Krasnodarsky 397 MVVL is a mid-season first-generation hybrid with a vegetation period of 114–115 days and an FAO index of 370. Plants reach a height of 260–270 cm, with ears attached at a height of 110–120 cm and 18–19 leaves on the main stem. The hybrid features a rapid start and early development, which contributes to its high potential silage mass and excellent fiber digestibility.

Krasnodarsky 397 MVVL has high yield: the average yield of normalized dry matter is 158 centners per hectare, with a maximum reaching 328 centners per hectare. The maximum grain yield in the North Caucasus region was recorded at 109.1 centners per hectare. The hybrid is well-adapted to various growing conditions, showing drought resistance while simultaneously high responsiveness to favorable agronomic practices.

The hybrid is resistant to several diseases, including corn downy mildew, blister downy mildew, and ear fusarium, as well as stalk rots. It is well-suited for mechanized harvesting, which simplifies agronomic work and increases production efficiency. Anthocyanin-colored silk provides the plant with additional resistance and attractiveness.
