Variety distinguishing features. Subspecies indentata. Plant height 280-290 cm. Ear attachment height 90-95 cm. Leaf number 18-19. Ear length 24-26 cm. Row number of kernels 18. Grain yield 84-85%. Ear stalk red. 1000-kernel weight 310-320 g.
Biological characteristics. Maturity group: Medium-maturing FAO 330. Period from emergence to full maturity 118-120 days. Initial growth rate fast. Cold resistance high. Drought tolerance high. Resistance to lodging high. Resistance to ear drooping high. Resistance to aerial smut high. Resistance to bubble smut high. Resistance to stalk rot high. Resistance to corn borer high.
Agronomic characteristics. Potential grain yield 11.0-11.5 t/ha. Recommended plant density for Steppe 45-50 thousand/ha and for Forest-Steppe 60-62 thousand/ha. Harvest moisture 32-34%.
