Biological characteristics. Maturity group: medium-early FAO 320. Growth period from emergence to full maturity 116-118 days. Early growth rapid. Cold resistance high. Drought tolerance high. Resistance to lodging high. Resistance to ear drooping high. Resistance to airborne smut high. Resistance to blister smut high. Resistance to stalk rot high. Resistance to corn borer high.
Agronomic characteristics. Potential grain yield 13.0-13.5 t/ha. Recommended planting density for Steppe 45-50 thousand/ha and for Forest-steppe 60-62 thousand/ha. Harvest moisture 32%. Hybrid seed production is conducted on sterile M-type basis according to full restoration scheme, without panicle abortion. Sterility of maternal form 99-100%. Optimal planting scheme of parental forms on hybridization sites 12:4 and 6:2. Seed plots require high level of agronomy, weed control and nutrient conditions. Seed yield under favorable conditions 2.8-3.5 t/ha.
