Maize B 97 MV

Selection Heritage of the P.P. Lukyanenko National Grain Center

The corn hybrid "V 97 MV" is the result of years of breeding by the P.P. Lukyanenko National Grain Center. This modified single-cross hybrid occupies a significant position in the grain and silage production market, offering farmers a balanced combination of yield stability and high adaptability to regional phytosanitary risks.

Agronomic Profile and Resistance

A key advantage of this hybrid is its genetic protection. In modern farming, where pathogens are becoming increasingly aggressive, "V 97 MV" demonstrates strong resistance to common smut. Breeders have paid particular attention to resistance against a complex of diseases, which is critical for maintaining grain marketability and the nutritional value of silage mass.

• FAO 90–1240: The broad maturity range allows for flexible planting and harvesting schedules, adapting to the climatic specifics of any farm.
• Hybrid Type: A modified single-cross hybrid that combines high early growth vigor with uniform ripening across the field.
• Usage: Its dual-purpose nature—producing high-quality grain or nutritious silage—makes it a sought-after choice for multi-profile agricultural enterprises.

The medium-early maturity allows the hybrid to effectively utilize temperature and moisture conditions throughout the growing season, minimizing risks associated with early autumn frosts or dry spells at the end of the season. Working with "V 97 MV" means choosing proven genetics focused on delivering predictable results across diverse agro-climatic conditions.
