Description POCHINKOVEC
Pochinkovec is a species of clover (Trifolium pratense L.), diploid and bisectional, intended for cultivation in the Central region. This mid-early variety is characterized by pink inflorescences and multicolored seeds. The plant has a long stem of medium thickness, with a moderate number of internodes and weak pubescence. The leaflets are of medium size, with few plants having white marks on the leaf. Pochinkovec is distinguished by its high winter hardiness, which allows it to successfully withstand cold winters and maintain productivity.

The variety demonstrates high dry matter yield — an average of 79.2 c/ha, exceeding the average standard by 2.6 c/ha, with the maximum yield reaching 218.2 c/ha. The protein content in dry matter is 16.5%, and fiber is 27.2%. Thanks to these indicators, the variety ensures protein collection at the level of 19.2 c/ha, which also exceeds average standards. Pochinkovec has tolerance to sclerotinia and field resistance to root rots, which increases its disease resistance and contributes to a stable harvest.

This clover variety is ideal for creating dense covers on pastures and in orchards, as well as for feeding animals. Its high productivity and resistance make Pochinkovec a cost-effective choice for agricultural enterprises seeking to obtain high-quality and nutritious feed raw materials.
