Clover Sylvester

The Professional Choice for Pastures and Green Fodder

The 'Sylvester' white clover, developed by the Danish expert DLF, is engineered for farmers who prioritize both nutritional density and physical resilience. Whether you are managing grazing land or harvesting green mass, this variety provides a robust, high-protein yield that stands up to the demands of modern agriculture.

Operational Benefits and Field Performance

In a field environment, 'Sylvester' is valued for its rapid recovery. After grazing or harvesting, the plant regenerates quickly, ensuring minimal downtime for your pastures. Its growth habit makes it remarkably resistant to trampling, which is essential for rotational grazing systems where livestock density is a factor.

• Nutritional Quality: A high protein content significantly boosts the value of your fodder, contributing to better weight gain and milk production in livestock.
• Disease Management: Thanks to DLF’s genetic selection, 'Sylvester' features inherent resistance to Sclerotinia and other common fungal diseases, reducing the need for intensive care.
• Ecosystem Support: The abundant white flowers are highly attractive to bees, making this clover an excellent choice for supporting local biodiversity while maintaining high field productivity.

By integrating 'Sylvester' into your seed mixture, you are opting for a reliable, hard-wearing, and highly productive legume that performs consistently across various environmental conditions.
