Oreol is a systemic post-emergence herbicide designed for effective protection of agricultural crops from annual and perennial grassy weeds. The active ingredient of the preparation is cyclohexanone-1,2-dicarboxylic acid ethyl ester (cyclohexanone-1,2-dicarboxylic acid ethyl ester) at a concentration of 125 g/l. The herbicide is available as an emulsifiable concentrate and is applied to crops such as rapeseed, sunflower, soybean, pea, potato, and sugar beet.
The preparation is highly effective against a wide spectrum of grassy weeds, including crabgrass, foxtail, oats, ryegrass, goosegrass, quackgrass, millet, sorghum, crabgrass, chickweed, barley, and wheat. Application rates vary depending on the crop: for rapeseed, soybean, pea, potato, and beet — from 0.60 to 1.20 l/ha, for sunflower — from 0.50 to 0.80 l/ha.
When using Oreol, it should be noted that the preparation is not compatible with other plant protection products and fertilizers, and it is not recommended to apply it in the presence of dew. The herbicide's effectiveness may decrease under drought conditions and high temperatures. Due to its properties, Oreol provides reliable protection for crops, contributing to increased yields and reduced weed control costs.
