Harry

Harry – an early-maturity lentil variety, specifically developed for the conditions of the Eastern Steppe of Ukraine. The vegetative period is 87–90 days, and plant height reaches 50–55 cm, which ensures convenient harvesting and minimization of yield losses.

The variety is characterized by high yield potential – from 22 to 25 centners per hectare, while the protein content in the beans is stably within the range of 26–29%. The mass of 1000 seeds is 45–50 g, which confirms good density and product quality.

Harry boasts excellent resistance to adverse conditions: high drought tolerance, as well as resistance to main pathogens – ascochitis, fusarium, and bacterial wilt. In addition, the variety demonstrates good protection against pests, pod shattering, and lodging, making it a reliable choice for farmers working in arid and high-temperature regions.
