This variety was obtained by crossing the varieties 'Gift to the 50th Anniversary of October' x 'Memory of Vavilov'. Originator — VNIIGiSPR named after I.V. Michurin. Authors: I.G. Tikhonova, G.G. Nikiforova, T.A. Pisankova. Under state variety testing since 2004.
Medium-stature tree with a drooping, moderately dense crown. Shoots are medium, yellowish. Few thorns. Leaves are medium-sized, elongated, dark green. Leaf margin finely toothed. Petiole medium length, thin, pigmented. Flowers are medium, white.
Fruits are large (4.5-5.5 g), round in shape. Fruit apex rounded, base without depression. Fruit stalk medium. Fruit color dark red. Juice red. Taste is sour-sweet. Pit separates easily from flesh. Dry matter content in fruits — 15%, sugars — 10.3%, acids — 1.0%, ascorbic acid — 18.5 mg/100g.
Begins fruiting on the 3rd-4th year after planting in the orchard.
