The variety was obtained by artificial crossing of the varieties Lyubskaya x Orlovskaya Early. Originator — All-Russian Research Institute of Fruit Crop Selection. Authors: A.F. Kolesnikova, E.N. Dzhigadlo, A.A. Gulyaeva, A.V. Zavyalova. Tested in state variety trials in 2003.
Tree medium-sized, up to 3 m high. Crown broadly round, spreading, raised, medium density. Shoots medium, straight, brown. Bark on trunk and main branches brown, smooth. Bud 4.0 mm, egg-shaped, slightly deviated from the shoot. Leaf egg-shaped, dark green. Apex pointed, base acute, serrated margin. Leaf blade surface smooth, matte, flat. Stipules 2-3, located at the base of the leaf blade and on the petiole. Petiole 17.0 mm long, 1.9 mm thick, pigmented (with anthocyanin coloration) throughout its length. Bears fruit on last year's growth and on bouquet branches.
Fruits weighing 4.1–4.5 g, round shape, height 16.0 mm, width 15.0 mm, thickness 16.0 mm. Fruit cavity wide, deep, fruit apex rounded, elongated, slightly indented. Length and thickness of the pedicel are medium. Stone round, weighing 0.24 g, which constitutes 5.85% of the fruit weight, separates well from the flesh. Fruits dark red. Flesh red, medium density, juicy, juice red. Sensory evaluation of fresh fruits 4.3 points. Table variety. Fruits contain dry matter — 18.2%, sugars — 11.9%, acids — 1.0%.
Flowering in medium term (May 15–20). Fruit ripening in early term (July 1). Enters fruiting on the 4th year. Tree longevity is high with proper cultivation technology. Partially self-fertile. Average yield 53.3 centners per hectare, maximum 57.3 centners per hectare. Exhibits high winter hardiness of trees and flower buds. Affected by coccomycosis and moniliosis at moderate level.
Advantages: stable yield, early fruit ripening.
Disadvantages: lacks high resistance to fungal diseases.
