Introduced by A.P. Kruglov, G.I. Dymnova, and E.E. Kaverin at the Saratov Experimental Garden Station from a cross between the cherry variety 'Rannaya' and rootstock 1-2-29. Registered in the State Register since 1995 for the Nizhnevolsky region.
Medium-sized, fast-growing tree with a spherical, slightly spreading crown. Predominant placement of fruiting branches — cluster branches. Bark on the trunk and main branches smooth, brownish. Shoots thick, curved, brown, bare. Numerous large, yellowish-white edged flowers. Leaves large, inversely egg-shaped, short-pointed, dark green. Leaf blade concave, margins tapering inward and upward; base sharply pointed, hairless. Leaf margin doubly serrated. Petioles medium, reddish pigmented at base. Stigmas small — 1-2, yellow, oval. Inflorescence umbel, flowers solitary — 1-3, rose-colored, large, white.
Fruits are single, medium weight 5 g, rounded-convex on the pedicel side, apex flat-round, medium depth pit, plate-like. Base of fruit with indentation. Median depth of ventral suture, medium pedicel, green color, well attached to branch, weakly to stone. Fruit color dark red, no lenticels. Appearance attractiveness 5 points. Skin medium, bare. Flesh dark red, medium, juicy, single-colored cavity with flesh. Taste sour-sweet. Dry matter content — 14.4%, sugars — 7.5%, acids — 1.2%, ascorbic acid — 8 mg/100g. Taste evaluation of fresh fruits 4.4 points. Stone detaches easily from flesh, medium, egg-shaped, smooth, smooth in grooves. Average stone weight 0.41 g. Transportability of fruits good. Main purpose — table use.
