Description GAVRISH
The stalk celery variety GAVRISH is a mid-season vegetable with a maturity period of 145 to 165 days. The plant forms an erect rosette of leaves with a diameter of 40-50 cm and a height of 40-45 cm. The stalks are of medium size, green in color with a weakly ribbed surface, and have a bright, fresh taste. The mass of stalks from one plant reaches 300-400 grams, making this variety quite high-yielding and convenient for use in cooking.

This celery variety pairs excellently with various types of green salad, nuts, tomatoes, and leeks, which expands its application possibilities in salads and side dishes. Stalk celery GAVRISH is recommended to be served as a side dish to high-calorie dishes, as it aids digestion and does not harm the figure. To improve the quality and taste of the stalks before harvesting, they can be blanched: two weeks before harvest, the stalks are carefully shifted and wrapped in dense paper.

Growing the GAVRISH variety is done using the seedling method, which allows for controlling the growth and development of plants. Despite the fact that the variety belongs to the mid-season group, there is data on earlier harvesting dates—about 75-80 days from germination, which may depend on growing conditions. The variety is presented by the producer GAVRISH and is popular among gardeners due to its taste qualities and versatility in use.
