Chudak

The Chudak parsley variety is a medium-maturing and high-yielding type of parsley that reaches maturity 105-110 days after full seedling emergence. This variety has an upright rosette of leaves, approximately 30 cm in height and 25 cm in diameter. The leaf blade is of medium size with a medium petiole; the leaves are tender, dark green, with crinkled leaflets. One rosette contains 65 to 100 leaves, and the mass of one plant is approximately 120 grams.

Seedling sowing is recommended in late February to early March, with transplanting into the open ground in May according to a 30 by 50 cm scheme. The Chudak variety is distinguished by its good taste qualities and aroma, making it an excellent choice for home cooking. Parsley is used both fresh and dried, serving as a spice-flavoring additive in soups, sides, salads, as well as meat and fish dishes.

This parsley variety adapts well to various climatic conditions and is suitable for cultivation in gardening. The average yield of greens is about 2.5 kg per square meter, confirming its high productivity and effectiveness for gardeners and farmers.
