The mass of one plant reaches approximately 280 grams, while the yield of greens is about 3.8 kg per square meter. The variety is distinguished by good aromaticity and taste qualities, making it popular for use in fresh and dried form in home cooking.
Celery Gamayun is rich in vitamins and minerals, which contributes to its beneficial properties and makes it a valuable product for healthy eating. Due to its pleasant taste and aroma, it is widely used in various dishes, including salads, soups, and side dishes. To preserve all beneficial qualities and freshness of celery, careful storage is recommended, as the product is quite delicate.
