WHITE SATIN

White Satin Carrot is an early-maturing hybrid with an unusual milky-white root color, ripening in 100-105 days. The roots have a cylindrical shape with a tapered end, reaching up to 25 cm in length and weighing 120-150 g. The leaf rosette is semi-erect, with long and green leaves. Due to the absence of orange pigment, this variety is ideal for dietary foods, as it contains fewer calories compared to traditional orange carrots.

White Satin is distinguished by excellent taste qualities and versatility. It can be used fresh, for making juices, freezing, as well as for all types of culinary processing, including slicing and vegetable mixes. The hybrid is well-suited for transport and storage, making it in demand for both home use and commercial cultivation.

The variety is characterized by high yield — 8.5-9.7 kg per square meter, as well as resistance to diseases such as black leg and cercosporosis. White Satin Carrot is suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses, especially in regions with a temperate climate. It is resistant to bolting and root splitting, ensuring stable quality and yield quantity.
