This hybrid is purpose-built for processing. The heads are solid, weighing 4–5 kg, which is ideal for shredding and pickling. The shape is round with a short core, which minimizes waste during primary processing. Keep in mind that due to the large size, the shelf life is limited to 1–2 months. It is not designed for long-term storage, but it is a top-tier choice for quick turnover during the processing season.
