Carrot CRUNCH-CRUNCH

Strategic Choice for Processing and Bunching

The 'Khrum-Khrum' carrot variety, developed by Elizaveta Romanovna Kudryavtseva, is designed specifically for agricultural enterprises focusing on two highly liquid market segments: fresh bunch sales and industrial vegetable processing. Its selection allows farmers to align production cycles with strict market requirements.

Core Applications in Farming

• Fresh Bunching: The variety exhibits rapid early-stage root development, making it an excellent candidate for the early harvest season. Strong foliage facilitates efficient mechanical or manual harvesting, while uniform root shape and size allow for fast bundling, which is crucial for retail availability.
• Industrial Processing: High dry matter content and root density make 'Khrum-Khrum' an ideal raw material for canning facilities and frozen vegetable producers. The roots handle washing, peeling, and dicing processes with minimal waste, ensuring higher yield efficiency on production lines.

Adopting 'Khrum-Khrum' is a strategic decision for farms operating under supply contracts with food processors or those focusing on quick capital turnover via early-market sales. The genetic consistency maintained by the originator provides the predictability required for large-scale logistics and fulfillment of supply obligations.
