BEAUTY LADY — a mid-early carrot variety with high taste qualities and good yield. The root crops have a bright orange or yellow-orange color, conical or cylindrical shape with a blunt end. Fruit length varies from 14 to 20 cm, diameter — from 2.5 to 5 cm, mass is from 90 to 140 g. The flesh is dense, juicy and very sweet, with high sugar and carotene content, which gives the carrot a rich aroma and attractive appearance. The variety is distinguished by resistance to bolting and diseases, which ensures a stable yield. Sowing seeds is recommended in late April — early May at a depth of 1-2.5 cm in fertile or loamy soils with a distance between rows of 20 cm. After seedlings appear, thinning is carried out, leaving 5-7 cm between plants. Successful cultivation requires regular weeding, deep loosening, timely watering and fertilizing. BEAUTY LADY is suitable for fresh consumption, making polyvitamin juices, salads, vegetable side dishes and canning. After culinary processing, it retains high taste qualities. Carrots store well for a long time, without losing their properties and presentable appearance, which makes it a universal and in-demand vegetable for home and industrial use.
