Cabbage Orantes

Broccoli Orantes F1 is a mid-season hybrid developed by the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan, suitable for cultivation both outdoors and under cover. The vegetation period ranges from 60 to 75 days, allowing harvest at the end of summer and autumn. The hybrid is suitable for both seedling cultivation and direct sowing into the soil, providing flexibility in agronomy and enabling adaptation to various climatic conditions.

The plant features a tall stem and a compact, dome-shaped head weighing up to 0.5 kg. Leaves are long, gray-green with medium-intensity waxy coating, blistered and serrated at the edges, giving the plant an attractive appearance and protection against adverse factors. Orantes F1 exhibits high resistance to Alternaria and tolerance to temperature fluctuations, ensuring stable yield and reducing disease risks. Additionally, the hybrid is immune to leaf blight and hollow stem, enhancing product quality.

Broccoli Orantes F1 is intended for both fresh market use and processing. Due to its high productivity and resilience to stressful conditions, this hybrid is a reliable choice for farmers and gardeners aiming to obtain high-quality and stable broccoli harvests. Compact and dense green heads, covered by long leaves, make this variety appealing to consumers and convenient for transportation and storage.
