Cartago

Brassica napus 'Cartago F1' is a mid-season hybrid developed by the Czech company AGROFIRMA MORAVOSEED. The plant forms a medium-sized vertical rosette with oval, grey-green leaves covered in an intense waxy coating. The head is round or flat-round, light green in color with a flat top, and the flesh is white with a tender taste and high sugar content.

The period from germination to technical maturity is about 155 days, with the mass of the productive part ranging from 200 to 300 grams. The hybrid's yield is stable, reaching 3.0–3.5 kg per square meter. 'Cartago F1' is characterized by high resistance to cracking and lignification, ensuring product quality is preserved for an extended period.

The hybrid is recommended for cultivation on garden plots, residential sites, and small-scale farms. It is suitable for obtaining a stable yield with excellent taste qualities, making it in demand both for fresh consumption and further processing.
