ARISHKA

Pods at technical maturity have a weakly curved narrow shape with a heart-shaped cross-section, 10-12 cm long and about 0.9-1.0 cm wide. The pod tip is pointed with a medium-length beak, and the attachment height of lower pods is 10-15 cm. The mass of 100 pods reaches 486-490 g, indicating a high market yield of 1.0-1.4 kg per square meter.

Variety ARISHKA is characterized by good resistance to unfavorable conditions such as drought and low temperatures, as well as resistance to diseases, including anthracnose and bacterial infection. Fava bean seeds have an elliptical shape, white color, and weak venation; the mass of 1000 seeds is 197-200 g. Taste qualities are evaluated as good and excellent, making this variety particularly attractive for culinary use and freezing.
