Supernano giallo / Supernano Yellow

Supernano Giallo — this is a medium-maturing, high-yielding dwarf bush bean variety with flat, long, and wide yellow pods, 12-15 cm in length. The plant reaches a height of 40-45 cm, has a moderate number of leaves, and forms 30-35 pods per plant. The lower pods are located at a height of 9-11 cm. A distinctive feature of this variety is the absence of parchment layer and fibers in the pods, which ensures high taste quality and easy pod removal from the pods. Dark, almost black seeds add additional decorative value.

This bean variety is resistant to most common diseases, including viral mosaics, bacterial blight, and anthracnose, making it a reliable choice for cultivation. Supernano Giallo is warm-loving and requires regular watering, especially during root development and pod formation. Sowing seeds is recommended after May 15th to avoid frost damage. Regular weeding and soil loosening are necessary for successful cultivation. The plant is low-maintenance and suitable for cultivation even on small plots.

Supernano Giallo beans are versatile in use: their juicy, sweet, and tender pods can be used in home cooking and for preservation. They can be steamed as a low-calorie healthy snack, added to hot dishes, or served with oil and bread. Blanching pods freeze well, while marinated pods become an excellent snack or salad ingredient. Harvesting is recommended every 5-6 days to maintain high fruit quality.
