Basil Malenkiy Prokaznik

Small Trickster is a mid-early variety of basil from our own breeding program, characterized by a compact plant size of 30-35 cm height and bright green leaves with a rich spicy aroma. The mass of one plant is 60-70 g. This variety requires warmth and good lighting, so it is recommended to plant it in sheltered spots from cold winds and in sunny places. The plant loves moisture and responds positively to nitrogen fertilizers, which contribute to an increase in green mass yield. To improve bushiness, basil is pinched, which stimulates re-branching and leaf regrowth.

A feature of this variety is its high ability for repeated branching and leaf regrowth, and at the flowering stage the plant contains the maximum amount of essential oils, vitamins, microelements, and phytoncides. Thanks to these qualities, basil Small Trickster is not only valued as a spicy plant but also fits perfectly for container ornamental culture. It contributes to improved mood and alertness, purifies indoor air, and repels insects, which makes it useful not only in cuisine but also in home floriculture.

This variety of basil is widely used fresh, and also suitable for drying and freezing, which allows preserving its aroma and beneficial properties for a long time. Seeds of this variety correspond to high sowing qualities, which guarantees good germination and stable yield. Small Trickster will be an excellent choice for those who value aromatic and useful herbs, as well as wish to decorate the interior with greens with a pleasant smell.
