The hybrid maize SU Mateo is a high-yielding mid-ripening variety with a FAO of approximately 310-320, intended for grain production in various climatic zones of Ukraine. This cream-colored, toothed hybrid is characterized by high drought resistance and the ability to quickly release moisture after physiological maturity, which facilitates timely harvest. Plant height ranges from 310 to 350 cm, and potential yield reaches 16 tons per hectare, making SU Mateo one of the leaders in its maturity group.
To achieve optimal results, intensive cultivation and fertilization technologies are recommended, particularly in areas with adequate moisture. The hybrid is suitable for both grain and silage production, expanding its application potential in agriculture. Seeds are supplied in packages of 80,000, which is convenient for planning planting operations.
SU Mateo exhibits high drought resistance, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable climatic conditions. The rapid moisture release after maturity minimizes losses during harvest and improves grain quality. High productivity and adaptability of the hybrid ensure stable yields and economic efficiency for farmers.
