Tolstyachok

TOlstyachok — a mid-season eggplant hybrid with a maturity period of 105-115 days, intended for cultivation in film coverings, including unheated spring and heated winter greenhouses. The plant is powerful, spreading, and of medium height, reaching 60-80 cm, which ensures convenience for care and harvest collection.

The fruits of TOlstyachok are large, round, slightly flattened, dark purple in color with a smooth and glossy surface. Fruit mass varies from 200 to 400 grams, depending on growing conditions. The flesh is white, dense, tender, and does not contain bitterness, which makes this hybrid particularly attractive for home cooking, canning, and processing.

One of the key advantages of TOlstyachok is its high resistance to a complex of diseases, which contributes to stable and high yields — up to 5.5 kg per square meter. Additionally, the hybrid is distinguished by excellent marketability and fruit quality, which makes it in demand among both amateurs and professional vegetable growers.
