SNIEZOK

Sniezok is a mid-season eggplant variety with beautiful and tasty snow-white fruits. The plant forms semi-spreading bushes 90-120 cm high with large green leaves and hairy stems without anthocyanin coloration. The fruits are cylindrical, 20-23 cm long and about 7-8 cm in diameter, weighing 200-400 g. Spines on the fruit calyx are rare. The flesh is white, with a small number of seeds, practically devoid of solanine, so the fruits are not bitter.

The variety begins bearing fruit 93-110 days after mass germination, allowing for an early harvest. Marketable yield ranges from 8 to 8.5 kg per square meter, especially when grown under film covers or in greenhouses. Due to high productivity and fruit quality, the variety is suitable for intensive cultivation.

The fruits of the Sniezok variety differ in their delicate taste, which when cooked resembles fried mushrooms or chicken. They are widely used in home cooking for making caviar, canning, and pickling. Due to the lack of bitterness and pleasant texture, this eggplant variety is an excellent choice for various dishes and preparations.
