Eggplant LILAC FOG

The 'Lilac Fog' eggplant variety is an early-maturing and quick-maturing high-yield type intended for cultivation in both protected and open ground. The plant is semi-stump-like, compact, with a sturdy and spreading stem, reaching a height of 70-80 cm in greenhouses and 40-60 cm in open ground. The period from germination to the first harvest ranges from 95 to 115 days, ensuring early and synchronized yield. The average fruit weight varies from 110 to 270 grams, with an inverted egg-shaped form, featuring a beautiful glossy lilac skin and thin skin. The fruits are characterized by snow-white, dense, and tender flesh without bitterness, making them particularly attractive for culinary processing. Seeds are small, which further improves texture during cooking. Due to their taste qualities, 'Lilac Fog' eggplants are widely used for frying, making caviar, various dishes and appetizers, and are suitable for canning and pickling. After thermal processing, the fruits retain their bright lilac color and acquire a piquant taste. The variety is valued for its high yield - reaching 6-6.5 kg per square meter in greenhouses, as well as for the beautiful appearance of the fruits and excellent taste qualities. The plant is resilient and easy to care for, making it suitable for various climatic conditions. 'Lilac Fog' is an excellent choice for gardeners seeking an early, high-quality, and tasty eggplant harvest.
