Kantikus F1 is an early-maturing hybrid of white asparagus, featuring uniform, smooth shoots measuring 15–20 cm in length and weighing 80–120 g. The flesh has a delicate yellowish-white hue, giving the product a bright appearance and pleasant texture.

Kantikus shoots possess high yield potential and resistance to common diseases such as fusarium, rust, and root rot. Thanks to these properties, the plant is easy to grow in cool climatic conditions, and its produce maintains stable quality.

The variety is ideal for various cooking methods: boiling, frying, canning, and freezing. Young shoots retain a fresh taste and aroma, making them in demand both in home kitchens and in professional gastronomy.
